Fran Burbidge, the new Head Coach of the Girls Basketball Program at the Westtown School, joins Ball Beyond as Director of Girls Basketball. Burbidge comes to Ball Beyond as one of the most highly-respected game and player development coaches in the area. 

Most recently, Burbidge served as the Head Coach of the Philadelphia Belles Nike EYBL Team, while also acting as a Skills Site Director and National Evaluator for Rising Blue Star Basketball and US Junior National Programs.

Fran’s career highlights include:

  • 1997 AAU National Championship

  • 10+ Mid-Atlantic AAU Championships

  • Multiple USJN National Championships

  • 2013 Inter-AC Championship (Assistant Coach)

  • 2008 Delaware State Championship

  • PAISSA State Championship 2013 (Assistant Coach)

  • 2015, 2016 and 2017 Ches-Mont League Championships

  • 9 McDonald All Americans 

  • 100+ players awarded college scholarships 

  • 2 National Players of the Year 

  • 8 USA Basketball Team Members

  • 6 International Exchange Athletes who continued their careers at Harvard Univeristy, St. John's University, Georgetown University, Boston College, University of Texas, and University of Virginia (current student athlete)
