Our Ball Beyond Spring Training Program will work on overall fundamentals, as well as, mentally prepare you for your tryouts and change the way you think, train and prepare! We will have a training session PLUS a competitive 3-on-3 session. Each week, we will focus on a different aspect of skill development to accelerate athlete progression over our 6-8 week programs.
For an add-on cost — which we strongly recommend — Ball Beyond will offer two strength and conditioning sessions per week. The S&C sessions will happen before our skill sessions for ages 12+. These sessions will be offered by Everfit Strength Training.
